Contest Rules & Regulations – Contest Closes Tuesday, July 24th 2012 at 3pm
QUALIFIED ENTRANT. Contest is open to all residents of Canada except Quebec. Employees of Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, bcIMC Realty Corporation and employees of all Capilano Mall retailers, as well as family and household members of same who reside at the same address are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Required. Entrants may enter the contest once during the contest period via facebook, once online at capilanomall.com, once by means of paper ballot found in the North Shore News or North Shore Outlook newspapers, or once through paper ballot located in Capilano Mall. A qualified entry is one that must be completed by the Entrant in its entirety and must be entered either online at www.capilanomall.com, at www.facebook.com/capilanomall, through an official paper ballot found in the North Shore News or North Shore Outlook newspapers, or in the mall within the Contest Period. Online entries, facebook entries, newspaper ballot entries, or mall entries may require Entrants to answer additional mall related questions which are to be used solely by Capilano Mall. Entrant and Entry must meet all Contest Conditions as outlined herein. Entry and/or Entrant not meeting Contest Conditions will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Facsimiles, copies or entries received by mail will be disqualified.
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest Period runs from 10:00am on Friday, July 6th 2012 until the contest closes at 3pm on Tuesday, June 24th, or on such other date and time as posted by the Contest Producers.
GRAND PRIZE. There will be one (1) grand prize awarded which includes:

- $1000 in gift cards to spend at Capilano Mall (Due to the unavailability of a Capilano Mall gift card program, the Grand Prize winner must pre-select gift cards from any store, except Walmart or BC Lotto, in Capilano Mall to total $1000. A Capilano Mall representative will arrange purchase of the gift cards).
Prize may not be redeemed for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
PRIZE DRAW. Prize Draw will take place at Capilano Mall sometime before Friday, July 27th 2012 from all entries received before the contest deadline. One entry will be selected at random from the entries. Entrants need not be present to win. Contest winner will be contacted by email as soon as possible after the draw by the Contest Producers. Contest winner is responsible for collection of their own prize and will be required to present valid photo identification and complete a Winner’s Authorization form before prize is released. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner, and prize will become the property of the Contest Producers. If the selected winner is under the age of majority, the winner must have written consent from a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must be present at the time the prize is claimed. Contest Winner must acknowledge that they have been selected as the prize winner within 10 days of being contacted by Capilano Mall.
OTHER CONDITIONS. All non-winning, disqualified and winning entries will become the property of the Contest Producers. Contest Producers reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If the Winning Entrant has an option at any time during this contest, he/she agrees that their selected option is final and binding. In making the prize available to a Winning Entrant, the Contest Producers make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect to any prize.
By entering, all contestants release and agree to hold harmless, bcIMC Realty Corporation and Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, any company affiliated with Bentall Kennedy, any retailer or agency operating in Capilano Mall, any of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents of all such parties and any prize suppliers (collectively, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) from and against any and all liability for any injuries, damages to persons (including death), damages to personal property or any other loss whatsoever (collectively “LOSSES”) caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the contestant’s participation in the contest, including but not limited to Losses arising from: (a) the contestant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in the contest; (b) any act or omission made by any Released Party, third party (including any other Contestant) or the contestant himself / herself; (c) any latent or apparent defect or condition in any equipment used in the contest; (d) any previous medical condition of the contestant; (e) the administration of any first-aid, medical or emergency treatment or other services rendered to the contestant; and/or (f) the consumption of food or drink by the contestant.
Contest Producers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries, or entries submitted after the contest deadline. Contest Producers may at their sole discretion alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this contest or amend the Contest Conditions at any time. Decisions of Contest Producers are final. Contest Producer has the right to publish the name, location and recent photograph of a winner without remuneration. All Entrants must meet and comply with all Contest Conditions. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and prize forfeit.
